Yes, but a time will need to be arranged first. As we have multiple 3PL warehouses in different locations we need to organise a suitable time. Please call us on 09 887 0232 to discuss.
No, as our warehousing runs off SKU codes these are needed on the boxes.
Refunds are assessed on an individual basis. Please phone us if you have a need for a refund. Unopened boxes and unused items are conditions for a refund for wrong choice. Refunds or exchange will only be given after the item is in original condition back at our warehouse e.g. no child drawings or domestic spills on boxes. If we have not yet sent the item we can arrange the cancellation of the order and a refund.
